Complete the form by providing the deceased person’s details, identification number, relationship to the deceased, and other required information. Upload any required documents, such as the death certificate, before submitting.
The Coverage Check will include policies/certificates issued by participating insurance companies and takaful operators.
Responses are typically provided within 5 minutes after submitting your Coverage Check.
If you do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your submission reference.
The deceased person's death certificate is required to be submitted for Coverage Check.
